Connecting the dots. You, the team and the business. Teambuilding that can’t be applied in real life situations and work relations is maybe fun but not really interesting. Facilitation, learning and application to endorse behavioral change must be in focus, Why, How and What To Do. One size don’t fit all.

All sessions and activities must be tailormade for the group, location and duration. Of all organizational activities, one study found team-development to have the strongest effect (versus financial measures) for improving organizational performance. A 2008 meta-analysis found that team-development activities, including team building and team training, improve both a team's objective performance and that team's subjective performance ratings.
