Leadership development

According to McKinsey US companies alone spend $14 billion annually on leadership development - and with very little effect.

So what is the answer - how to get value for money and create momentum?

We learn faster and more effectively if we learn close to the same physical and psychological arena in which we want to perform them. The closer your leadership development program is linked to your daily activities the better. How do you inspire, manage change, develop, drive and make results. It starts with you - for how can you develop other people if you don't develop yourself. Second how to create a high performance team and organisation and thirdly and most importantly how to link that to your business. Leaders can't, and shouldn't, stand alone. A company doesn't need just one influential individual. Leaders should want to develop more leaders from the get-go.

You will be challenged/educated and mentored in four arenas - biology, psychology, philosophy and communication. All areas science driven and people focused.

Focus audience: Senior, Junior or aspiring leaders - tailormade solutions.
